[F]Hi there. First of all: Congratulations to your great new album “Heretic Commando – Rise of the New Antikrist.” I really like it!!! It sounds refreshing between all the new Metalcore, Mathcore, Deathcore-Shit. Please describe the reactions to the CD so far. I`ve read, that Frank Albrecht of German Mag Rock Hard really likes the Album? That`s great, isn`t it?
[A]Thanks for your compliments. Well, reactions are quite positive so far, in average I would say it is 8/10 points what is not bad at all but we struggle for even better response. It is the challenge for future, I realize that with this album we have to remind ourselves at first place, we had a long break. I mean that next album will have more effective impact on fans, scene and media. And Frank? He is our long time friend and I appreciate his efforts to support us for many years already, even back in Krabathor times. For me, as an East-European metaller it is something, I am still afraid to believe, that means too much for me, really. Anyway, I am sure that Frank really likes our music and that he wouldn´t write in positive way about that in case he wouldn´t like that.
[F]Some of our readers may never have heard about HYPNOS or KRABATHOR. Can`t believe, but maybe, he he. Please give us a short briefing in the band's biography.
[A]But really short one. My career started in 1986 year when I joined Christopher and we started with Krabathor who later became quite popular in Europe. We released 4 full length albums and did many shows and tours. I left them in 1999 year and started HYPNOS with my ex-band mate drummer PEGAS. We released 3 albums under Morbid Records (last 2 of them were produced by Harris Johns) and after 5 years break we came back 2 years ago and now we released brand new album under Eihneit Produktionen.
